Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us at lovelushhome@hotmail.com to start your return process. 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item you received is damaged or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refunded was approved. Once approved, your refunded will be processed back to its original payment method. Please note it will take 3-5 working days for your bank to process your refund.  

Please note we will not cover returns shipping cost. You will be liable to pay the cost for the item you wish to return, unless you have received the item damaged (proof required). Items that have not been approved for a refund but sent to us will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
